Welcome to my website

In 2012 I will make a new CD which will be titled Music Box. It will consist of music by well and lesser known composers, such as Jacques Duphly, Domenico Scarlatti, Frédéric Chopin, Bedrich Smetana, Sergei Prokofiev and many others. It will also include my own Sarabande and this CD will appear at the end of the year.

On Februar 5th my song Die Gedanken sind Frei was premiered by choir Babylon and this happened at the Hermitage in Amsterdam. On May 12th I gave a very special concert at the Pianolamuseum in Amsterdam. I played a Beethoven program and this composer was also heard on music rolls, performed by famous pianists from the past. Imagine, a Beethoven recital given by Frederic Voorn, Alfred Grünfeld (1852-1924) en Ernst von Dohnanyi (1877-1960). 

In June I have been invited as a jury member for the eight edition of the  Internationale Piano Competition Adilia Alieva in Gaillard, France. At the end of Juni I will give three concert/lectures about impressionism in de Hermitage of Amsterdam.
